I'm surprised I didn't learn this lovely melody before. Anyhow, "Destiny Islands" - the first part from Kingdom Hearts I, the second part the arranged version from Kingdom Hearts II. Any wrong notes are to be blamed on my out-of-tune piano. And no, I don't have sheet music. Search with (the) Google. (c) Nobuo Uematsu, Yoko Shimomura / Square Enix. Yes, Nobuo did help with composing the soundtrack.
