Dani's mom Angela Deleasa revealed to Life & Style how they hooked up: 'We met the Jonas family in 2007 when we were vacationing in the Bahamas. Everyone keeps saying they're childhood friends from Wyckoff, New Jersey, but it's not true. We were on the beach in the Bahamas, and the boys just came over and started talking to us.' After the vacation, Kevin kept in touch with Danielle and the two stayed friends.' On their engagement: 'All I can say is that we are very happy for them. He proposed right here on our doorstep. We're just not used to this [fame]. People are coming to our door and our neighbors' doors and it's just strange.' On how 'normal, shy' Danielle's life has changed: 'She already travels a lot because Kevin likes her to be around, and I'm sure she'll be gone even more now.' Kevin always said he wanted to marry young :D He has to be the most romantic guy ever! He bought her a puppy for Christmas, he took to the Bahamas, Mexico, etc. He's just amazing!
