Oprah on top, again Oprah Winfrey has dominated another one of Forbes’ numerous richest celeb lists: The Big O leads the mag’s list of the 20 richest TV celebs, having made $260 mil in the last year. This year, Oprah also was No. 1 on Forbes’ 20 Richest Women in Entertainment and its Celebrity 100 Power List.
